Terms of Use

Effective: 2026-10-16

daisy (the "Service") is provided by Junmo Kim (the "Operator"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. About the Service

daisy lets you share today's outfit as a photo, organize your closet, and ask friends for their outfit of the day (a "Daisy request"). It includes an AI feature that recognizes the clothes in a photo and fills in names, types and similar details.

2. Your account

3. Your content

4. Please don't

See the Community Guidelines for details.

5. Reports, blocking and our actions

6. About AI features

Names, types, seasons and other details the AI suggests for the clothes in your photo are estimates and can be wrong. Please check them before saving and edit as needed.

7. Changes and interruptions

We may add, change or stop features as we improve the Service. During the private beta some features (such as chat and shopping) may not be available. We will announce important changes in the app in advance.

8. Leaving

You can start deleting your account at any time in Settings > Delete account. After you request it, your account is paused for 7 days and you can cancel during that time. After 7 days your account and the content you posted are deleted. See the Privacy Policy for details.

9. Responsibility

We work to keep the Service reliable, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, the Operator is not responsible for the content users post or for disputes between users. We remain responsible for damage caused by our intent or gross negligence and wherever the law does not allow responsibility to be excluded. These terms do not limit your legal rights as a consumer.

10. Intellectual property

The Service's name, logo, design and software belong to the Operator. You may not copy or distribute them without permission.

11. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms we will tell you in the app at least 7 days before they take effect (30 days for changes that are unfavorable to you or significant). If you keep using the Service after that, you agree to the changes. If you don't agree, you can leave.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. If a dispute arises we will first try in good faith to resolve it; otherwise the Tokyo District Court will be the court of first instance. This does not take away any right your local law gives you to bring a claim in another court.
