Thanks for trying the daisy beta. This page covers contacting us, reporting, and deleting your account.
Contact us
- Email: support@yourdailydaisy.com
- Tell us your device (for example iPhone 15) and app version (Settings > About daisy) so we can look into it faster.
- We read messages in the order they arrive and reply within 7 days.
Report content or a user
- A post: on the post, tap ⋮ at the top right > Report Post
- A user: on their profile, tap ⋮ at the top right > Report User
- A comment: press and hold someone else's comment > choose a reason
- After reporting, you can block that user right away.
- Anything you can't report in the app: send a screenshot and the username to support@yourdailydaisy.com.
- The operator reviews every report. We never tell the other person who reported them.
- If someone's life or safety is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first (Japan 110/119, Korea 112/119).
Block someone
- On their profile, tap ⋮ at the top right > Block User. Once blocked, you won't see each other's posts.
- To unblock: on your profile, tap Settings at the top right > Blocked Users
Delete your account
- In the app: on your profile, tap Settings at the top right > Delete account. After you confirm it's you, your account is paused for 7 days; sign in again within that time to cancel.
- After 7 days your account, profile, photos and posts, closet, conversations and notification tokens are deleted and can't be recovered. See "Retention and deletion" in the Privacy Policy for details.
- If you can't use the app: email support@yourdailydaisy.com with how you sign in (Apple / Google / LINE / email) and your username. We'll confirm it's you and delete the account the same way.
Your information
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or ask us to stop using it. You can edit your profile and delete your account in the app; send anything else to support@yourdailydaisy.com. We'll confirm it's you first.
About the beta
- The beta is distributed through TestFlight. Features may change or pause for a while.
- Before the public launch we'll tell you in the app and on this page whether data from the beta will be kept.
